Once upon a time Pam and Ben decided to leave the UK and travel through Central and South america in search of a new place to live.

Rules of the trip that we will try to stick to...
First and foremost, there are no rules - we must make it up as we go along and if in doubt say yes!
Be carbon neutral - working on this by looking at offset projects that we can contribute to in order to compensate for the flights and road travel - an ongoing calculation of the miles that we are covering.
Stay with locals whenever we can so that they receive our dinero rather than throwing it at conglomerates/large international chains.
